Spicers are still experiencing delays in despatching orders to us. 5 Star products (+ any other items they only stock) we are expecting delivery in 2-4 working days. We will continue to swap out to Q Connect and ValueX ranges where we can.
Update Wed 30/11/2022
Spicers have now completed the transition at their warehouse, however, due to the backlog of orders from last week this is having a delay on us receiving any orders we place with them.
We expect any 5 Star products to take an extra 2-3 working days to reach us.
We'll keep this page updated as we receive further news.
5 Star Product Availability
From Monday 21st November 2022 until Monday 28th November 2022, Spicers will be rolling out a new IT system in their warehouse. This means they won't be able to supply dealers with any 5 Star products during this time.
Orders placed before 4.30pm tomorrow (Fri 18th) should be delivered from 21st/22nd November. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered w/c Monday 28th November.
We have a number of 5 Star products in stock at CBS which we will use to fulfill orders where possible. As we also supply Q Connect and ValueX ranges, we ill try to swap any 5 Star product to these comparable products where possible.
